Jim Gaffigan kicks off summer tour, debuts Blu-ray DVD

There are three ways to see Jim Gaffigan: catch him on TV (remember Super Troopers?!), watch him perform stand-up comedy live, or see him on Blu-ray.

On Sept. 7, Jim Gaffigan’s special “Jim Gaffigan: Beyond the Pale” is coming to Blu-ray for the first time, thanks to Image Entertainment. The new disc is also coming with a ton of bonus material: Mr. Chicago, Eat Dinner With Jim, Jim’s First Stand-Up Performance, How To Break Into Stand-Up Comedy, A Short Cartoon Of Jim and Jim Makes The News.

Of course, there’s still nothing better than going to see stand up comedy live. Luckily, Jim Gaffigan tickets are just around the corner. He’s kicking off his summer tour with two performances at Humphrey’s in San Diego on July 16.

Other highlights from his upcoming summer tour include stops at the Meadowbrook Music Festival in Rochester Hills, Mich., on Aug. 20 and a special two night performance at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas on Sept. 24 and 25.
